PUTRAJAYA CHALLENGE PARK – ROCK CLIMBING
The Putrajaya Challenge Park in the southern part of the city straddles Precincts 5 and 20, covering 46.73ha in Taman Selatan. The components for the extreme sports were the Wall Climbing Complex, Skate Park and Bike Trail. The focus of the 2,100sq m Wall Climbing Complex is the colourful trapezional climbing wall stretching 42m wide, 42m long and 20m high. To cater for novice and expert climbers, the wall is divided into the beginners’ wall, competition wall, speed wall, advance wall and boulder.
